What It Is
The Youth Achievers Program (YAP) offers an After School Program and a full-day Summer Enrichment Program to youth ages 7-14 from a wide variety of backgrounds.

YAP staff takes pride in ensuring that these youth, especially those whose experiences have made it difficult for them to succeed, are connected with their special abilities/gifts and given hope for a promising and fulfilling future. YAP is a program that fosters positive change in the lives of girls and boys, giving them the hope and confidence they need to succeed.

Through the gender-specific components of YAP, youth are able to tackle some difficult issues in a safe environment. Girls LEAD is a comprehensive, girl-only setting that helps girls discover their power to dream, develop skills to plan for the future and the courage to act on their plans.
