Directions
From the North:
Take 35E South to 94W to the Dale Street exit. Turn left on Dale and continue to Selby Avenue. Turn left on Selby. Turn into the parking lot on the left-hand side of Selby just before Boyd Park.

From the South:
Take 35E North to the Kellogg Boulevard exit. Turn left and go north on Kellogg until you come to John Ireland Boulevard at the Cathedral. Turn left on John Ireland and proceed for three blocks to Selby Avenue. Turn right on Selby. The YWCA Health & Fitness Center is located approximately 5 blocks east on Selby.

Parking
Free three hour parking is available to our members and guests while they are utilizing the Health & Fitness Center. The gated lot is located on Selby Avenue just west of Boyd Park. Simply push the button to enter the lot and and use a token to raise the gate upon exit. Tokens are available at the Member Services Desk.
