Meet Our Personal Trainers!

Anthony Munkholm

Fitness Supervisor

Great health is a choice. It is only after we as individuals take full responsibility for our health do we gain the power and strength to change it. Being committed to respecting our bodies and showering ourselves with unconditional love is the key to well-being. When we embrace this line of thought we will be guided to what our mind, body, and soul is craving. As the fitness supervisor I strive to ensure all members and staff discover what great health really means.

Troy Shoberg

Personal Trainer

I look at training like a savings plan for life. It’s something that you diligently invest in so that one day you can make a withdrawal. The investment improves your health, helps you live longer and allows you to enjoy the quality of life you deserve. My goal is to have my clients achieve their very best and get the most out of their lives. Our bodies adapt quickly. With more physical activity, our strength and energy increase. We feel stronger, less tired and less depressed. Most importantly, we feel confident in our daily lives, are more productive and better able to handle life’s stresses. I love seeing my clients grow stronger, more confident and more successful.
